Premier Customer Support
Lori Baumgard is the Premier Customer Support representative for 2 divisions of the Neutronics companies; Refrigerant Analysis & Biomarine. She is the backbone of our customer support network and is responsible for all non-technical Customer Service inquiries. A Neutronics employee since 1984, Lori is intimately familiar with all aspects of our business including Sales, Purchasing and Accounting.
International Sales Manager
Bill Flynn started with the Biomarine division in 1976 and has held several positions throughout the manufacturing discipline. Currently he is the International Sales Manager responsible for interfacing with customers around the world on all facets of sales, service and training.
European Technical Advisor
Independent contractor providing international technical support, on-going technical support, training and BioPak 240R support to potential and existing end users and distributors since 2010 as well as liaison duties between Biomarine and European certification bodies.
Production & Service Manager
Jack Derfler has served Biomarine as a certified trainer, service manager & Production Supervisor since joining Neutronics in 1999. Jack’s experience in manufacturing & quality extends back to 1976.
North American Product Sales and Training Manager
Ted Beck has been with Neutronics and Biomarine Inc, since 1998 serving in several capacities. Currently he is the North American Sales and Training Manager of Biomarine Inc, where his responsibilities include Training, Distributor support, direct Customer Sales interface and Mine Rescue support as well as field service for all North American customers.
Doug Anderson has been with the company since 1983 and has served the roles of Mechanical Design Engineer, Principal Engineer and Vice President-Engineering. He is currently the Vice President-Biomarine serving as the technical and business head of that division.
